These are my pulls from "Game Used" where is my 4Nations card?

Who even are these guys? Where's Demidov? Where's Senneke? Where's Schaefer? Where's Mcdavid 4Nations? None of these jersey cards are even game used. The closest anything here came to a game was the banner. Why does Upper Deck and my LCS do this to me every time?
