16F Looking for lasting friendships

Like the Title says I'm looking for lasting friendships Dont bother if you will ignore me. Preferably guys, not in a weird way i promise but from the age of 16-19. Please be able to start up a conversation and be the initiator So I dont always have to be the one to start the conversations. Quick response time is a plus!
