Shall I buy PUT options for Monday because of the new Trump tariffs?

Expecting markets responding negatively due to the new 10% tariffs. Will the markets go down due to news like this?

Is it safe to buy and hold some PUTs for Moday at market open? Might as well take advantage of the expected downtrend.

Please advise.
