Kissing bug bite dilemma and chagas disease

Problem/Goal: I’ve been bitten this morning, maybe around 6-8 talaga across my back. I thought it was an ant so i ignored it and was super sleepy. When i was more awake then i tried finding the “ant” and then found the mf hiding under my pillow (nakakagigil) and killed it na. Was just wondering if i should get checked for the chagas disease? Because it’s the thing i keep seeing when i research more on the bug and what it might bring - and it really is giving me bad anxiety :d however i don’t feel sick pero it really itches and swollen.

Previous attempts: Took antihistamine and like calmoseptine over the bites.
