Do any of you ever want a hug but are terrified of the feeling?

I feel weird. I like psychical touch, I like it. It makes me feel loved. But hugs? I really crave one, I just can’t. My body freezes, I start sweating and trembling. I feel trapped, and suffocated.

Does anyone else feels like that? Or have anyone dealt with it?

I just want to feel safe while hugging someone, even my fucking family damn.
