NYC Resident + County CCW

Has anyone applied while holding a County CCW and obtained a Resident NYC CCW and was not forced to change to Special Carry or relinquish County CCW?

So basically two separate permits with two different addresses, one in NYC and one upstate.

Did you list in application / notify either municipality?
