My otherwise healthy husband was just dx LBBB (left bundle branch block) - what should I expect as next steps and prognosis?

He is 57, Caucasian male, 6' tall 155 pounds. He has no prior history of cardiac disease, 0 on most recent calcium score, decent cholesterol (usually in range of 220 or so total with about 40 HDL). US-based. Happy to provide any additional details.

Husband is downplaying it, but quick internet search shows prognosis of this diagnosis as needing pacemaker. Is there a possibility that he may be able to just monitor it?

Thank you Docs of Reddit!
