Playing with divergent sims & healthcare redux before a new update

so i know the answer to this is just a simple "no, don't do it.", but divergent sims and healthcare redux are a huge part of my forever save file. since adeepindigo hasn't released an update yet for these two mods (declared broken on scarlett's realm) since the february patch updates, how much risk would there really be if i still played with the most recent versions of the mods? would it just throw some LE's? or would it cause more damage than that to my save? i just updated with everything taken out (backed-up) and updated all the mods that have updated and took out everything that doesn't. now i'm wondering if putting these two back will cause harm to my game.
