Help finding manga

It started of with ml jump across Apartment building to smell his neighbour's panties. Got caught yadayada. Fast foward, fml had to change jobs and its turns out, the ml is her new boss. She's slowly warming up to the mls shenanigans. (pretty comedic and the ml is unfortunately very much charming lol) Im pretty sure its title has the words "s series"

Tq for the help!
