I took a Lyft last night with my sister around 12:30 AM and recieved these text messages after my ride.

The driver was very weird, he called me immediately upon arriving at my location. I mean as soon as my Lyft app told me my driver was there I got a call from him which I felt was odd. Then when we were beginning our ride he was complaining to me (unprompted, all I asked him was how his night was going) about how little he was going to make from my ride, making it seem as if I personally chose how much he would earn. I didn't know what else to do and felt uncomfortable so I appologized. He followed this up by saying we might as well have just taken the bus since it would have been cheaper. I was annoyed at this point so I told him "we can take the bus if that's what you would prefer." In a tone that conveyed I was suggesting he could cancel the ride if we were such a burden on him. He didn't respond and turned the music up, we didn't speak for the rest of the ride.

I woke up this morning and noticed these texts. I have never recieved these types of text messages from Lyft before. Now I'm worried that my driver has been previously reported for sketchy behaviour and Lyft knows he is potentially dangerous so that's why they sent me these text messages. Am I reading too deep into this, what do you think?

TLDR: My sister and I got a sketcky Lyft driver last night. This morning I noticed these texts which I've never recieved from Lyft before for any other ride. Now I'm worried my Lyft driver may have been dangerous.

What does this mean? Was my driver dangerous?
