Pixel 10 Pro XL Freezes & Stutters in Google News and Chrome

For a few weeks, I've been experiencing regular freezes and stutters and occasional hard locks happening in Chrome and Google News and it's starting to drive me nuts. Rebooting and reinstalling don't seem to help for long, and the problem will trigger within a 2-3 minute session in Google News, even just browsing the main interface.

When it locks, I can usually still app switch, force quit, and reload, but sometimes it really freezes up.

I'm curious if anyone else is experiencing this on their P10PXL, since I've owned literally every annual model of Pixel and haven't had this sort of thing in a long while.
