📊 Biomarkers & Testing

Hi can you guys help me to optimize my free testosterone levels? It also seems like I’m on the high range for vitamin D I supplement 5000 IU per day should I cut to 2500?

I currently take omega 3, vitamin D, creatine, taurine, vitamin C daily

I calculated my free testosterone to be 0.23 – 0.25 nmol/L

•	≈ 6.6 – 7.2 ng/dL

•	≈ 66 – 72 pg/mL

Pituitary / Gonadal Axis

•	Total Testosterone: 10.53 nmol/L (3.04 ng/mL)

Reference: 6.85 – 23.23 nmol/L

•	SHBG (Sex Hormone Binding Globulin): 28.62 nmol/L

Reference: 11.54 – 54.49 nmol/L

•	LH (Luteinizing Hormone): 2.1 IU/L

Male reference: 1.5 – 9.3 IU/L

•	FSH (Follicle Stimulating Hormone): 5.7 IU/L

Male reference: 1.4 – 18.1 IU/L

•	Estradiol (E2): 98 pmol/L (27 pg/mL)

Male reference: 0 – 146.1 pmol/L

•	Prolactin: 77.8 µIU/mL (3.7 ng/mL)

Reference: 45 – 375 µIU/mL

⸻

Metabolic / Insulin Axis (relevant to endocrine review)

•	Fasting Glucose: 4.81 mmol/L (87 mg/dL)

•	Fasting Insulin: 2.4 mUI/L (LOW; ref 3.0 – 25.0)

•	HOMA-IR: 0.51

•	QUICKI: 0.43

⸻

Thyroid

• TSH (ultra-sensitive): 2.44 mUI/L

Reference: 0.55 – 4.78 mUI/L

⸻

Supporting values often used for hormone interpretation

•	Albumin: 44 g/L

•	Vitamin D (25-OH): 219.9 nmol/L (88 ng/mL)
