Its why so many of us has performance issues in bed. Low confidence. Sex education is almost never taught correctly or at all in school or households, then we learn it from the internet which is the worst thing ever.

Its "disgusting" when men self pleasure but when women do it, its sexy and empowering. You'll even see ads on YouTube or TV advertsing women's sex toys for masturbation.

Can you imagine that happening for men? Not at all. Can you imagine being that sexually accepted? All we get is memes and tik toks about how much we goon and shit. And part of who to blame is us for this disgusting culture around self pleasure we've built ourselves.

I feel for us man. It makes me sad how dug down we are in the grave when it comes to proper pleasure.

Some of us get so far gone in addiction to porn or jerking that we're convinced we have to deprive ourselves sexually for a year if not longer.

We are the only ones that has to do this. If its needed then sure but you have to go back and teach yourself proper education and pleasure when it comes to your body. You will never learn if you never do it again.

It for sure depends on the person, some people actually do need that much time off, but in between those years or months, you can still learn to pleasure yourself in healthy ways with out porn and such, and sporadically too, depriving yourself of any pleasure for too long teaches you nothing sexually if you do not show yourself what you have learned from abstinence.

Its time we hold ourselves accountable and practice proper mentality when it comes to our sexuality. We need to support one another and teach each other how to be better sexually. We don't have to deprive ourselves and never feel anything again.
