Fastr Broadband down?

Anyone in the Bishophill area use these guys? ours has been down for a few hours... Submitted a report but just wondering if anyone else is affected. This is the 3rd time it's happened since joining in autumn last year. Bit frustrating as there isn't a number to call out of hours for information.
