[Hiring] Tattoo concept sketch — Dragon coil (scap) + claw (upper pec) + Neo-Japanese clouds/wind (black/grey, dark skin)

Looking for a concept/pencil sketch (and a clean line version) for a tattoo extension. I just want a solid layout I can overlay on my photos for a preview before I book with my tattoo artist.

Please reply with: (1) portfolio link to similar work (dragons/Japanese background), (2) your price, (3) estimated turnaround, and (4) whether you can provide both a rough sketch + simplified line overlay.

I will only consider replies that include a portfolio link and a clear price/turnaround.
