What does WBAT mean?

I am 4 weeks post ORIF, fibula (displaced Weber B) and deltoid ligament tear.

I was cleared to start PT and told weight bearing as tolerated in boot but was not given any information on what that means. I was only told, I am expected to be in a regular shoe walking without crutches in 2.5 weeks (6.5 weeks post op).

I have high pain tolerance and walking in the boot feels great, but it seems so strange to be walking in a boot with no crutches at 4 weeks. I was not given any % weight, just walk as tolerated in boot.

Did your surgeon give you any guidance on what WBAT means?
