Villain of the LIB franchise (LIB S1)

In honor of just how bad this season has been for villains, I plan on creating a bunch of polls to see who is the biggest villain of them all. The winner of each season will pit it against each other to see who wins the biggest #%&@* of the franchise. I've narrowed it down to three each season. If you think it is someone else please select other and put their name in the comments and I will tally up if other is above the three I've selected so everyone is up for contention. This poll is for season 1. Poll will last for 48hrs.
