Peel off base for fine particle magnetics? Yay or nay?

I have a couple of BKL fine particle magnetics and was wondering if it’s necessary to use a peely base for easy removal afterward. I use a peely base on other chunkier magnetics because those are harder for me to remove and I would rather peel than soak off. I imagine finer particles would behave more like holo pigments and be easier to remove. Can anyone confirm? Thanks!
