Confused about improvement and compartment...

Myquals 10th- 95% (2022-23) 12th (2025-26, 11th repeater)

Gave my cbse physics boards yesterday and i am falling. I did try to attempt all mcqs (acc to chatgpt, out of 19, 5 r correct) now i even attempted some 2 and 3 marker questions in which only two questions, i am sure i will get full marks and in others answers, i just manipulated the question into answer to fill the sheet

Please tell me, if they pass me on borderline, it will not be enough to clear 75 criteria and my one subject will be ruin, in july when compartment exam happen, can one apply for improvement for 1 subject or it happens only in next year batch?

Second thing, report card, so will i get new report card with only the failed/improvement subject or i will get a combine one and then which one to submit everywhere where class 12 marksheet is needed.... i saw some videos where they had 2 marksheets one which wss original n other where only 1 subject marks was there and another video, where it was a combined marksheet with some small minor things telling it was compartment marksheet but negligible to see. I am lowkey scared of it now which one i will get now that i ruined my phy boards... that's why, i am lowket wishing to get fail cuz it will give me one combined marksheet than carrying two... and passing yr will be 2026 than 2027 improvement (am i wrong to think that way?)

Third thing, a rare case wtih me, i have my correct name in 10th marksheet but these idiots ruined my name spelling in cbse registration n even after countless times during LOC sign, they didn't change it and now i am giving my exams with suppose my name is "kiara" but now it has become "kaira".... idk when to apply for that also after all this drama i made in my life failing and then my fate did it to me (even in 11th records it was all fine, just 12th admit card and registration)
