What questions to ask while revising?

So ive had some full requests from agents lately but no offers. The feedback ive gotten from them is that it basically loses steam after the first half. I was invited to revise and resubmit to a few.

My question is- what do you personally ask yourself while revising? Does anyone have a mental checklist after reading a chapter?
