Draconic Questions

I have two questions,

1. How do we know when all the draconic items have been found? This update was draconic guardian. I don’t want to keep opening cookies unless I know all guardians were found.

2. Are draconic a great item to invest in? I see they are very limited, between 400-600 for each item that comes out each year, buyers for draconic guardian already are buying for 30bgl+ and it’s only been out for 2 days.

Is it worth investing into draconic items if they are so limited?
