did i do tooo much?

I am 16F and i got a crush on this guy whom randomly gave(still giving) me cute signals that he likes me. We've been greeting each other since the day we first got to acknowledge each other's existence. Ever since that day he's been showing really cute gestures. Like that one time during register period, he stood specifically next to me, waiting for me to acknowledge (that was honestly so adorable) , when he greets me sometimes he traps my hand with his other hand. Sometimes i can feel him looking at me. Like that one time my sister told me he was looking at me while laying down

Anyways so yesterday, i truly don't know what caused me do that but i decided that i really wanted hug him since all we've been doing is handshakes. I awkwardly spread my hands apart and he was lowkey confused at first until i pulled away and he realised i wanted to hug him. Ugh so awkward but it was really cute. When we hugged he went for my waist(it was firm), and after that he started talking tooooooo much lol...
