So nauseous HELP!!

Hi!! I’ve been on Lamictal for a few months now, but on 2/12 I upped my dose from 100 to 100. For the past 5/6 days, since the 16th is, I have been SO NAUSEOUS. Every morning I wake up with awful cramps feeling so sick. It stays all day and at night the cramps are worse. (I don’t get a period I have an IUD lol).

I have had really bad nausea for like two months and on the 29th got prescribed propranolol and that helped for acid reflux but now things are worse!

I feel like it has to be the Lamictal. I’m wondering if anyone has experienced this, like a delayed reaction after upping a dose. I don’t think I can do it anymore it’s getting in my way of socializing, working, and ofc eating!

Please help! I have Zofran but it is not at all good to take regularly so I only take it if I have to leave the house and see someone.
