Recommendations for running Ethernet cable

Debating whether I want to DIY or just hire someone. Have some CAT6 run through the house already, just need a lot more. Plan to run PoE cameras in a few places and relocate the "rack" to an actual rack in the garage as the central hub. If I do it, I need to buy some tools and have a bunch of extra cabling, so seeing if any pro can do it for less than all my costs and time.

I'm betting a pro can run everything in a day. It's not complicated, just more or less run all the lines, (about 20).
