Mentrual pads and cup

I’ve been using a menstrual cup for over 6 years now, I love it and do not want to change. My problem is that I’ve been diagnosed with fibroids and other conditions that cause HEAVY bleeding. My cup has overflowed and leaked everywhere when this happens. I still prefer the cup to normal methods as the heaviness of the flow is sort of contained (or more so) than without it.

In any case, I’ve been using pads (disposable ones) as another protection, but I would like to try a reusable option. I don’t buy from Amazon, so any other suggestions or experiences are appreciated!
