If Naruto was properly taught before the chunin exam finals, how would his fight with neji and his fights from then on have changed?

Like learning the rasengan early on and learning wind jutsu in part 1. Would jiraiya just mainly strengthening his chakra control when he goes to train with him since he’d already know rasengan or would he focus on rasengan variants?
