Getting black screen screenwith weird music

The last week or so, I've been scrolling, then I'll scroll to a completely black screen, with what I would describe as looping circus music. No account, no text on screen at all, just black and blank. Wtf is going on? I can scroll past it and it all is normal again, I can scroll back to it if I want.
