Internal piles grade 1

Does any body had internal piles grade 1 with daily mild bleeding on the steaks of the stool. And how you treated it without any fancy surgeries and banding. I have been bleeding since last 2.5 months and a little mucus sometimes. Can you suggest ideas and your experience
