Has anyone abandoned a run and started over yet?

I decided to delete my 7+ hour first run after getting into a stupid death loop in sector 3 because I parked in an asteroid field! I'm just now learning about my main deflector and the need to upgrade it plus the knowledge asteroid is bad 🤣 I can suck up losing crew members by my choices and a game over screen because of a Kazon ambush but not my own stupidity!
