Visible laser use

Question

I currently run a Holosun AMES and have been thinking about their new offering with built in visible laser.

I used to think the consensus, and certainly my opinion, was visible lasers are pretty much pointless. I couldn’t actually think of a good reason to have it. But recently in reviewing combat footage from Ukraine, I am shocked at how many cqb shots are taken unconventionally ie blind firing.

Threshold engagement just looks very different than say what I saw in Iraq clearing houses.

I get maybe Ukraine isn’t as well trained but I’ve seen this from their top tier units. The question is - do you see a legit reason to have a visible laser to be able to take blind shots more accurately and quickly?
