CLEO Form 4 Notification, Didn’t Get CLEO Copy

Just submitted my first eForm 4 transferring a suppressor I purchased as an individual into a trust. I’ve read I was supposed to get a CLEO copy of the submission to send in along with the CLEO copy of the responsible persons form but I only got the ATF copy in the email. Do I just send them that one or? Also is this notification even still needed? Have read conflicting info. Thanks!
