Screens goes black

So, I just bought a new pc, will put the specs at the bottom. I switched out the case as it was a pre-built and I got it 500 bucks off which I spent on a better case. Now, a few days later while watching Netflix, whenever I click the search bar in the task bar, all three screens, including the one built into the case, go black for a few seconds. When it started, I loaded up task manager to see gpu temp and another software that shows me my cpu temp. When the screens do come back, half of task manager is black and only is fixed by restarting. If its relevant, the cpu cooler does not light up as it should but the fans on its radiator do spin. But from what I've seen the cpu temps do not exceed the maximum while watching Netflix during the black screen issue. Any ideas what it is and how to fix? Specs below
