Does anyone know this?

So today I suddenly thought about a random day when I was in 12th. Cosnidering we were reading about AIDS. So the topic came to HIV. Our sir told us a case aged back to 10-15 yrs prolly. It was in Kullu Manali. A girl while asking for a lift in the road was apparently r*ped by 3 men brutally and left at the road. The girl was actually either earlier or later on infected by HIV. Now she lodged a complaint and all but the govt took no action against it! So she decided to play by her own. She then pretended to take lift from every car that used to cross that same path and then she would pretend to tell them to drop at a place then sleep with them. She nearly spread HIV thru 1000s of people. Now she actually had aimed to spread it to men as means of revenge but eventually forgot that those people even would sleep around so yeah she may have overlooked this! Sir bole ki this left a sense of fear considering he used to live in Delhi and used to visit Manali often when he got time. He and his friends decided to not give any sort of lift to anyone on the highway cuz he also said the person might be a bait by some gangs or all to lure you in their trap. I wanted to hear more of the case but no article shows that hiv was spread majorly via this. So does anyone know abt this case ? Like does anyone know what happened more?
