Casio VL 1 help

Recenty, i bought not working Casio VL1. It didn't turn on. There was a short on power rail, with it, the screen lit up, i fixed it and now it doest turn on. The letter on board is "E". I dont know how to fix it, its my first time fixing this synth. Do you all need some more info / photos ?
