Why isnt there a MLB team in San Antonio, Texas and Raleigh, NC?

So they have Astros (Houston) and Rangers (hour away from Dallas). Why not San Antonio ?

There is never been any baseball teams in the south outside of Florida and Georgia. Why not NC?
