Stabbing pain in right ovary

Hello I'm 18+5 pregnant. Had a scan two days ago, everything was fine. The last few hours I've had a stabbing pain near or on my right ovary. Called my OB she said its not related to the pregnancy and could be something else noy related but I'm getting anxious cause it doesn't seem to stop. It comes and goes every few minutes. Anyone familiar with this?
