Here is my OC Dylan Knight Jr

This is just the Demon Slayer variant of my OC Dylan Knight Jr, he just typically always has the same name so that's why he has what I've been told by some "an odd sounding name given the time period of Demon Slayer". Anyways here he is

Story-

Main Story:

Born to a foreign merchant and a swordswoman with a brother who was about a decade older than him, Dylan has had strong ideals and other tricks taught to him from a young age. But then when he was pretty young, his mother disappeared making his father become distant and this pushed his brother to become a swordsman. For the next five years or so, Dylan helped his father with sales and listening to his brother's tales until one day his brother just doesn't return. This causes Dylan's father to become a lot more colder to the world, then a couple years later Dylan picks up the blade himself determined to find out what happened to his mother and brother. After hearing this revelation, Dylan's father took his own life, refusing to hear another family member die in that line of work. This crushes Dylan, but also strengthens his resolve to become a demon slayer so he can find the truth. Although it wasn't a bright path, Dylan got into contact with his brother's teacher of flame breathing and failed horribly to the point where the teacher threw him out, afterwards Dylan went on to try thunder breathing and failed again just as bad as before, then he tried to learn water breathing under the guide of Urokodaki but yet again failed, but before giving up Dylan was given some Wisdom by Urokodaki which convinced Dylan to look at things from a different angle. He then proceeded to spend a year in isolation, to craft and perfect a breathing style tailored to himself Energy Breathing. Afterwards, he returned to Urokodaki and got the location of where final selection was held and passed it fairly easily. Now being in his later teens, Dylan goes off doing normal demon slayer things until he happened to meet Kyojuro Rengoku. This is how Dylan found out his older brother was killed by Upper Moon 1 while he was leading a small troop of demon slayers. This knowledge pushed Dylan to get as strong as he possibly could to make sure he could kill Upper Moon 1, motivating Dylan to rise up the ranks of demon slayer.

He then stayed at the highest rank, just below Hashira, Kinoe. Then a while after Rengoku's death, basically after the entertainment district because he arrived there near the end of that arc and provided a fair deal of assistance. With his assistance on that mission and his previous track record, he then rose to Hashira, becoming the Energy Hashira. During the Hashira Training arc, Dylan is tasked with training the lower ranked slayers to fight one target as a unit. In order for the training to be at least possible, Dylan only used defensive techniques while the other attempted to attack him. When Tanjiro arrives at his training spot, Dylan greeted him and checked in on how his training was going. Then one night, Dylan was given a notice from Gyomei to get to where the master is, but he wasn't fast enough to get there before it exploded and he now had to fight Muzan. Once they all got dropped into the Infinity Castle, Dylan knew that this would be his chance to kill the demon that killed his brother. Of course the countless unranked demons Dylan ran into were taken care of with ease, as he was searching for the six eye'd bastard.. which he eventually found, moments after Gyomei, Muichiro, Sanemi, and Genya did. Dylan didn't waste any time and jumped into battling Kokushibo, laying in heat with the remainder of the group.. but Kokushibo was stronger than the Dylan had anticipated and eventually one of Kokushibo's attacks broke through Dylan's sixth form of energy breathing, slashing off a part of his left leg from half of his calf downwards. He landed a fair bit distance from the fight happening, mentally cursing himself out for being so weak.. and apologizing to his brother for being unable to keep his promise, until he heard a voice tell him to get up. Dylan glanced up and saw his brother, he saw Tao, or rather a hallucination of him as it usually is in Demon Slayer fashion. Tao tells Dylan to get up, and that this isn't how Knights fall, which eventually got Dylan to tear off a piece of his uniform to wrap tightly around the remainder of his left leg to slow the bleeding. Once Dylan was somewhat standing again, he seemingly heard a whisper from Tao.. "let me guide your blade, brother", which Dylan just let happen as his body joined back with fighting Kokushibo with the others, with a strange heat to his movements and despite the angered look on his face there was no readable intention. Eventually the group took down Kokushibo, with some losses, and tries to look for Tao again.. but all he heard was a quiet goodbye. Dylan didn't have much time, but he cauterized his left left by burning some chunks of wood from the destroyed pillars before everyone was expelled from the infinity castle.. and now forced to confront Muzan. Despite Dylan's current injuries, he didn't receive anymore life threatening injuries during the fight with Muzan.

Post Muzan: I'm spoilering this because of a slight TW

>! After Muzan was defeated Dylan, with limited options now considering he's handicapped, decided to open up a tea shop with some of the merchant skills his father taught him and support from the remainder of the Ubuyashiki family.

About a year after Muzan's defeat, Dylan met up with Giyu.. to confess how he felt. Dylan admitted that he knew that he felt attraction differently than others. He didn't expect Giyu to return his feelings, but the rejection still stung and they parted ways from there. Few years later, Dylan attended Giyu's funeral when he died at 25.

Some more years later, despite the success with his tea shop, Dylan was far from happy.. he knew that he wouldn't be accepted if he was allowed to truly be himself.. which is why on the night of Dylan's 31st birthday, he took his own life.. the entire Knight bloodline supposedly ending right there. !<

Description: Energy breathing branches from Water, Flame, and Thunder. It takes the defensive adaptability of water breathing, the swift and agile movements of thunder breathing, and the strengthful strikes from flame breathing. Forming all three styles into one. (And it would be a light greenish color for note)

Breathing Forms:

- First Form: Divergent Strike - The user dashes in a jagged pattern at a target and slashes it

- Second Form: Chaotic Fury - The user strikes a wide area in front of them multiple times causing a chaotic flurry of blades

- Third Form: Replicating Slashes - The user attacks an opponent with precise strikes at one area with such speeds it causes the blade to have after images

- Fourth Form: Hollow Light Slash - The user rotates themselves in a circular movement slashes everything around them

- Fifth Form: Auraic Swipe - The user attacks from above with a swift downward slash.

- Sixth Form: Overclocked - Similarish to Dead Calm by complete coincidence, the user enters a tranquil trance like state that slows down their perception of the ones around them for more precise attacks and in this state the user holds their breath and dampens their presence.
