Hot pad plushies

So, a friend of mine has extremely bad period cramps, I've talked with her, and she says hot pads help. I've also talked about hot pad plushies, and they seem fine, but she doesn't like realistic animals, and she doesn't want to use her microwave to heat them up. So I have two separate questions: 1st, what's a good hit pad plushie that's not a realistic animal (she REALLY likes hello kitty), and 2nd, are there any that can be heated up without a microwave / How can you heat them up without a microwave?
