Private Party Sale of Parts

Anyone know if private party sale of firearms parts is allowed in face-to-face transactions without an FFL?

I have some extra OEM parts, lights/lasers, holsters, iron sights, CA compliant handgun magazines, etc. that I don’t need.

Anyone know if posting on Craigslist or some other forum for private, local sale is permitted?
