4 week 5 day abortion.. did it fail?

Any help would be appreciated! I took mifepristone Thursday around 1pm. The dr advised me to take the misoprostol 24-48 hours later. So last night at 7:30pm, I put the 4 tablets in my cheeks and let them dissolve for 30 minutes, and then swallowed the remainder. It is now the following day at 12:30pm and nothing has happened. It’s been 17 hours. I’ve had very very mild cramps and light spotting- more like light brown discharge. Not heavy at all and not bleeding either. This is stressing me out. Did it fail? I was 4 weeks and 5 days on Thursday when I took the first pill,so I would be 5 weeks today.
