I had sex for the first time last night and didn't feel a thing physically

Asking here because this sub is willing to give advice about this stuff

So I've (23M) been watching porn and masturbating at least 3 times a day since I was 12. Last night I went to a friend's place after hanging out. Me and her got to talking and eventually we had sex. I very much enjoyed it emotionally but physically it barely felt good for me at all( she blew me which was somewhat alright) and when it came time to have full blown sex I couldn't even maintain an erection to penetrate, it took 30 minutes for me to get hard enough and when I did I felt almost nothing and I didn't even finish. I'm almost positive most of these issues are from my porn addiction. Is there anything I can do to fix this (abstain from both porn and masturbation obviously) or am I fucked?
