Med Cert: Fit to Work

Hello, pede magtanong kung saan pwedeng clinic around metro manila (preferably sampaloc or closer) ang nag iissue ng medical certificate with indication fit to work kahit physical exam lang? Yung without diagnostics na sana (gaya ng cbc, fecalysis, xray, urinalysis). Thank you
