I am getting addicted need help?

Hi fellow redditor I am M28 I am facing addiction issue lately frm past 1.5 yar I feel I have got addicted to smoking, alcohol, majorly gambling and sex(prostitution) it's like all four triggers each other I really need to over come has anybody else faced similar situation and got out of yes feel free to answer. Those who haven't faced something like this but got any advice feel free to share.
