Needle bent Inside as doing shot...

I took my 3rd shot this morning (vial) and the needle bent sideways after I had put it inside my tummy. These needles are super tiny... It hurt and is still kind of painful (about 10 mins) with the occasionalshooting pain..... Has this happened to anyone? What was your outcome if you did? Yes, I have reached out to my doctor, but the have to call me back... 2.5ml dose.
