Std hand stuff risk hand to genital to genital

Someone touched they’re penis , there may of been some pre cum unsure then touched my ‘vagina ‘ , and inserted fingers into me . Am i at risk for an std ? Could I have protected sex with another person or is that a really bad idea ? I asked about status he seems normal and thanks me for asking about testing said last he tested was 5 months ago and he would’ve happy to test again . Personally I don’t like that he touched himself then touched me at all it’s risk to me regardless meeting up with someone I care about that and wondering if we could have protected sex . Just want to ask how risky that is .
