Customer Service bot use on critical Support cases.

Idk how but someone took my token session and bypass the 2fa to get into my discord, and changed email. And guess what? discord wouldn't allow you to contact discord without the email from the acc you got compromised. BOTs aren't helping. This is so messed up. All I get is response from bots.
