Looking for male insight !!

My husband and I have been in the lifestyle for a few years now. We are a full swap Cpl . We have always had an issue with attraction. The woman he would like to connect with normally aren’t connected to any man I want to connect with .

Last night he said something In regard to a couple he is attracted to the female but I’m not attracted to the male. He knows it’s a no on my end . He also knows I’m ok with separate play , he is not ok with separate play . He continues to tell me how sad it is and how he’s going to teach the guy how to workout and how it will change the way he looks . I tell him it would still be a no . 🙄

Why would he still try to press and make comments , instead of just playing with them separately.
