Do vampire or werewolf forms effect stats at all?

Finally returning to Skyrim with the dedication to do a different build that ISN'T stealth archer. Going full warrior with heavy armor and two handed-- so needless to say, most of my level up points are going into stamina and health.

Now I'm trying to decide what form I want to pair with the build. Obviously werewolf is likely a better pick, but I kinda like the whole vampire aesthetic.

My question is, other than vampires being debuffed during the day, and both forms not getting benefits of rest, is there any other way the forms effect your character? And does vampire lord mana bar have its own mana pool, or does it go off the mana pool you've leveled up for your character?
