i would like to give a stamp , how to display it?

like a pokemon card , make a plastic protection? does it exist? i could do it in one of a size of a card but it will swim inside and i m not sur that to put it on a piece on paper like canson is a good idear ( il will not damage the stamp to be "glued" ( with water))?
