Help with a 2000 point list (new player)

I’ve been painting models but not playing for a while but I’ve decided to get into the game now so I have an army that close to 2000 points but I don’t know what’s strong for 10th edition. Any ideas? I mostly am looking to use deep strike and hit and run tactics
